The theme of the CIRPe Web Conference 2019 is

“Towards shifted production value stream patterns through inference of data, models, and technology”.

Within this context, the contributions to the conference are as domain-spanning and diverse as the topic itself.

Contributions combine knowledge from at least two of the domains of data processing, modelling techniques and manufacturing technology.

This include:

• Advancements in combination of data, models and production technologies
• Technology advancements that point towards software-defined manufacturing
• Production system architectures that embody shifted value stream patterns
